Mike Zeck (American, b. 1949) is a major Bronze and Copper Age comic-book artist whose best-known work includes Captain America, Master of Kung Fu, Marvel Super-Heroes Secret Wars, The Punisher and the landmark Spider-Man storyline 'Kraven's Last Hunt'. His bold silhouettes, powerful anatomy and immediately readable cover designs made him one of Marvel's defining artists of the 1980s. John Beatty (American, b. 1961) is an acclaimed inker and frequent Zeck collaborator, noted for his polished, graphic finishes on Captain America, Secret Wars and numerous Marvel and DC projects. Their partnership produced some of the most recognisable superhero imagery of the decade.
