Matchbox Superfast Group of Harder to Find Early 1970's Issue Models all in "New" Type G Boxes - (1) 12a Land Rover Safari - metallic gold body with burnt sienna luggage, white interior without transmission tunnel cast, black plastic base, solid 5-spoke narrow wheels with tread pattern cast - Near Mint with a couple of minor paint flaws to roof, in Good sun faded Box; (2) 22b Freeman Inter-City Commuter - metallic purple body without door labels, ivory interior, bare metal base, 5-spoke wide wheels - Excellent Plus with some factory paint flaws & couple of tiny chips to rear corners of body, in Good RARE FIRST ISSUE "NEW" TYPE G BOX WITH MATCHING MODEL ARTWORK ILLUSTRATING MODEL WITHOUT DOOR LABELS (box very clean but 1 inner end flap is glue repaired); (3) 52a Dodge Charger MkIII - metallic purple body, black interior, metallic green base, 5-spoke wide wheels - Excellent Plus with a couple of tiny pin-size chips, in Excellent Box; (4) 75a Ferrari Berlinetta - red body withheadlamp cowls, ivory interior, bare metal base, solid 5-spoke narrow wheels with tread pattern cast - Excellent with a few tiny chips, in Good creased Box.
